About the Role:

• Utilize Aviation Knowledge: Apply aeronautical or aircraft maintenance engineering expertise to design technically sound eLearning courses for aviation professionals.

• Develop Content and Storyboards: Create storyboards and instructional content aligned with aviation standards to facilitate effective learning experiences.

• Communicate and Collaborate: Establish strong relationships, effectively convey aviation concepts to non-technical colleagues, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

• Apply Usability Principles: Use fundamental principles of usability, design, and user experience to create engaging and accessible aviation training materials.

Requirements:

• Qualification – AME (Mechanical and Avionics), B.TECH/B.E – AERO, AM.Ae.S.I.

• Basic understanding of the manuals used in aviation, and how to refer them.

• Should have 2-7 years of experience in Aircraft maintenance or Aircraft technical publications.

• Good organizational and operational understanding.
