- Assist in Recruitment procedure.
- Assist in Employee Engagement program.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Statutory compliance follow-up.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media, and professional network.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
